THE ROASTING

We from the fine coffee factory Rizza Caffe roast for you in our factory in the Stuttgart area. Each type of coffee we roast has a specific and individual roast, which allows you to get all the aromas and flavors out of the bean and thus get the best result. We only roast with a slow, long and loving process and attach great importance to manual work and love for our product.

We at Rizza Caffè have nothing but coffee on our minds, but not just any beans, but always the best beans. We are on the lookout for this all year round in markets all over the world. With a lot of love and dedication, we select the best, pure green coffee for you and roast it ourselves with care and passion.

THE MANUFACTORY

Rizza Caffè is a pure coffee factory. It starts at dem Selecting the best green coffee beans in the world,   the long and loving roasting process with a drum roasting machine that is over 100 years old,   the filling of roasted coffee in self-adhesive bags up to weld   and pack.   All this and more distinguishes Rizza Caffè. We hope to be able to bring you closer to the world and the culture of a coffee factory

THE ROASTING PROCESS

In its initial state, the raw coffee has a greenish colour. In the   part of the During the roasting process, strong roasted aromas form during heating, at the same time the coffee beans darken, so that they ultimately have a dark brown color in the end result.  Through a long roasting process developed by us, each individual bean develops the optimal aroma, color and taste. This results in a unique taste experience.

in 2012 C. Rizza travelled to Uganda in Eastafrica. There are 

tropical Climate conditions moderated by the country's altitude, making them ideal for the cultivation of Robusta and Arabica beans. In addition, the country has a high rainfall, which also favors coffee production.

The Southeast Asian state of Laos is equally excellent for cultivating coffee beans. So far, Laos has not been a popular coffee grower in this regard, because unlike other coffee countries, this is not a centuries-old tradition. However, the country offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of high-quality coffee beans.  Due to the humid tropical climate in combination with the mineral-rich soil and the altitude, coffee of high quality and taste is guaranteed, because these components support growth.
